1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LaunchLoop. By using the Service you confirm that you are.
2. Account Rules
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One account per person. No bots, scripts, or fake accounts.
- You must provide a valid email address.
3. Credits
- Credits are an in-app virtual currency, not real money.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits are earned by participating in the LaunchLoop community (reviewing apps, trying apps, inviting friends).
- Credit earning rates may change at any time.
4. User Content
You own the apps you submit and the reviews you post. By posting on LaunchLoop you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service.
Prohibited content: spam, malware, illegal services, hate speech, sexual content, harassment, or anything violating Google Play / App Store policies.
5. Honest Reviews Policy
- Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience with the app.
- No fake five-star reviews. No retaliation reviews.
- Violations may result in credit forfeiture or account suspension.
6. Prohibited Behavior
- Manipulating downloads, reviews, or the credit system.
- Reverse engineering or attacking the Service.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your apps.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page).
8. Disclaimer
LaunchLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific download numbers, reviews, or growth outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
